TRAVELIN' K-LAKES STYLE KLKS MOTOR COACH TRIPS Q) What is included in the price of the day trip? A) The total price of the trip includes tickets to the event, your seat on the Big White Shiny Bus and in most cases, your meal.
Q) How do I make a reservation? A) By calling KLKS at 218-562-4884 or long distance toll free at 1-800-450-5557 during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Q) How do I pay for my reservation? A) You are welcome to mail a check made payable to KLKS. For your convenience, we will also accept Visa or Mastercard at the time of your reservation.
Q) Where will the bus pick me up? A) For most trips, the pick up location will be at the Westgate Mall parking lot in Brainerd. For your convenience, a map for the Westgate mall location has been posted to this web site and you will receive one along with your trip confirmation letter. For our guests in the Little Falls area, we will pick up at the Coborn’s Parking lot. We are also able to pick up guests coming from points south at the Clearwater Travel Plaza. Please let us know at the time of your reservation.
Q) Will there be a rest stop on the way to and from the event? A) When traveling to the Twin Cities area, we make a stop down and back at the Clearwater Travel Plaza. Snacks and beverages are also available to you at this location but are not included in the price of the trip.
Q) Is the bus handicap accessible? A) We are able to accommodate those needing assistance. Please make us aware of this when making your reservation.
Q) Is there a restroom on the bus? A) Yes.
Q) What if I need to cancel my reservation? A) There will be a cancellation date on your trip confirmation letter. Cancellations after that date can not be refunded unless we are able to fill the vacancy.
Q) How do I get my tickets to the event? A) Tickets will not be mailed. They are given to you by your host, John Collins, on the day of the trip.
Q) How do I know what time the bus leaves and what time the bus will return? A) An itinerary for the day is included within your trip confirmation letter.
Q) What If I’m late to the bus? A) The departure time of the bus is listed on the itinerary. It is imperative you are on the bus at that time. It is company policy that the bus will wait only ten minutes beyond the departure time. Please plan accordingly.
